Houston Chronicle food critic Alison Cook revealed her list of Houston’s Top 100 Restaurants in front of a sold-out crowd of 600 on Wednesday Night, September 24th.
“I’ve never tasted beef as intense and grippy as the 130-day dry-aged rib-eye that Simmons cures in-house, achieving a deep, nutlike twang. I’ve never tasted mashed potatoes as addictive as the ones whipped with goat cheese and lemon here, either — Robuchon’s butter bombs included. ”
