Bistro by Hubbell & Hudson is Now Open!
Hubbell & Hudson Bistro underwent a major remodeling project recently. As part of our ongoing goal to create an expanded environment at the Bistro for Executive Chef Austin Simmons, the bulk of the renovations focused on “Chef’s Table”, which will serve as a culinary playground for Chef Austin. This separate area will spotlight exclusive tasting menus, along with an interactive chef’s table “Curate“. The newly designed space will make room for an expanded kitchen, bar & lounge, as well as multiple private dining rooms that will accommodate up to 80 people. The dining room’s intimate 70-seat capacity remains unchanged.
The Bistro’s extended staff had a full plate during the closure, with a valuable training program that involved tours to local farms, including Heartbrand Beef – which is the only source for Akaushi beef in Texas – an exclusive for Hubbell & Hudson in The Woodlands. (click here to read more…)
Chef Austin, who was recently nominated for a My Table Houston Culinary Award in the “Up-and-Coming Chef of the Year” category, continues in his role as Executive Chef for the Hubbell & Hudson brand, with the Bistro and the Kitchen concepts in The Woodlands.
