Following the successful re-launch of the Bistro in December, we’re happy to announce the roll out of our new culinary concept. Cureight by Hubbell & Hudson will open June 18th and will introduce The Woodlands community to the allure and popularity of curated tasting menus. The intimate dining venue will be open only Thursday to Saturday and as the name suggests, will spotlight eight course meals plus wine pairings along with an interactive chef’s table.

Tucked away beyond the bustling Bistro lounge, Cureight is a modern hideaway where chefs and diners come together. It’s where kitchen-facing diners meet the artists behind each dish, all through a moving glass wall that overlooks the chef’s table and beyond. The 25-seat venue is divided into two areas flanked by sliding glass doors that offers guests an open view of the kitchen. The “chef’s table” will face the kitchen and also be available for private dinners up to eight people.

Executive Chef Austin Simmons’ ever-changing menu will merge global modern flavors with stylish American cuisine, that will typically prelude with a light, raw/shellfish course, and as the meal progresses, the proteins will get heavier. Premium cuts from in-house dry-aged beef will typically be used to conclude the tasting, followed by a dessert course handcrafted by Pastry Chef Nguyet Nguyen.

Cureight is situated inside the Hubbell & Hudson Bistro at 24 Waterway Avenue in The Woodlands. The 25-seat space will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The first seating is at 5:30pm and the last seating is at 9pm. Reservations are required via phone (281) 203-5605 or OpenTable.com
