Chef Austin Simmons and his team took home the People’s Choice Award after competing in The Truffle Masters 2017 on Jan. 16.

Twenty-four chefs from around Houston competed in the annual competition hosted by DR Delicacy. Guests favored a featured course at Cureight – Our Version of Oyster & Pearl with Oyster & Truffle Potage, DR Delicacy American Sturgeon Caviar and DR Delicacy Truffle.
