Decimus wines is a Napa Valley wine company created by Houstonians Allison and Stephen Lewis. Both are well-known and well-respected: Allison as an anchor and reporter at CBS News Houston and Stephen as a money manager for an array of Houston’s most wealthy. Tithe Wines, the name of Lewis’s wine company, comes from the fact that 10 percent of all proceeds will go to Living Waters International (www.water.cc), a world leader in implementing participatory, community-based water solutions in developing countries. Thus, turning wine into water!
2010 Cabernet Sauvignon:
This is a true one-of-a-kind Cabernet. A combination of 85% Cabernet, 11% Merlot and 4% Syrah, this wine balances all the desires of a big red. The color emits shades of ripened plum followed by the aroma of raspberry, clove and a hint of mocha. This is a gorgeous wine with complete balance of fruit and tannin.
Pairs perfectly with a steak, blue cheese, lamb and horseradish. Sounds like a perfect match for our ‘Black & Blue Burger’.
2010 Chardonnay:
With this 2010 Chardonnay you will enjoy a beautiful ride through Carneros. Notice the smells of caramel and apricot with a rich bright gold color. The first sip will bring you a mild effervescence and then open up to lemon custard, honeydew and tangerine. A touch of oak with subtle minerality and clean acidity brings you home.

2010 Pinot Noir:
A excellent symmetry between being elegant and vibrant. Designed as a classic Burgundian style Pinot, it has a bright rosewood color with a cranberry, raspberry and red currant nose. This wine delivers a big Pinot flavor today and into the future.
