Hubbell & Hudson was honored to take part in the Spring Home & Garden Show held at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center on March 7th & 8th.
Executive Chef Austin Simmons & Pastry Chef Nguyet Nguyen performed live cooking demos at the Cunningham Gas Products Cooking Stage. The rare opportunity was not an everyday cooking class; as Chef Austin created his Brined Pork Belly Sandwich on a steamed bun & Pastry Chef Nguyet created a lemon pound cake with a mascarpone cream & grilled pineapple.
