Cureight by Hubbell & Hudson will host an exclusive wine dinner on Friday, June 8 with Oregon-based EIEIO & Company. Select wines will be expertly paired with Executive Chef Austin Simmons’ six-course menu. Fare includes smoked duck with a wild mushroom tart, as well as braised short rib with creamy polenta, fermented Fresno pepper and radish.
