Hubbell & Hudson Bistro is excited to be participating in this year’s Houston Restaurant Weeks starting August 1, 2018. The event will benefit the local area food banks, including the Montgomery County Food Bank.

Chef Austin Simmons and his team have prepared a two-course lunch and a three-course dinner menu for Houston Restaurant Weeks. Both seatings include favorites from our regular menu – like our Local Tomato & Watermelon Salad – as well as new special features like the Beef Tenderloin Pasta or our Akaushi Wagyu Chicken Fried Steak.

Houston Restaurant Weeks is a great opportunity for guests to “dine out and do good” as they help generate meals for the Houston Food Bank and its partners. It’s the largest annual fundraiser for the country’s largest food bank and has raised more than $10 million since 2003. Hubbell & Hudson Bistro will donate $5 to the Montgomery Food Bank from each $35 HRW dinner sold; 15 meals will be generated from this donation. In 2017, we helped generate 18,000 meals for the Montgomery County Food Bank.

The Houston Restaurant Weeks menu is only available at Hubbell & Hudson Bistro for three weeks in August. On Saturday, August 25, Hubbell & Hudson Bistro will have its last service before beginning its transformation into our new concept, TRIS, opening early September.
