Executive Chef Austin Simmons and his team are excited to share the new menu for Hubbell & Hudson Kitchen in The Woodlands! Featuring over 25 new dishes, you can find new favorites for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert (yes, even a new dessert menu). Below are just a few of the delicious highlights:

As the reigning champion of the first Texas Taco, Tequila and Margarita Festival, Chef Austin added an entirely new section to the menu: chef-inspired tacos! Tacos include pork carnitas, sustainable fried catfish and lobster.

Oh yes, you read that right. Chef Austin upgraded this childhood classic into burger form. A thick patty is wedged between bacon jam and house-made peanut butter and topped with a fried egg and candied jalapeños.

In addition to the sweets in our case, you’ll find a brand new dessert section behind our espresso bar. Whether you want to round out your meal with something sweet or come just for dessert, we have several new options for you. Most notably, dessert waffles: nutella with peach ice cream; apple cinnamon with a spiralized honey crisp apple and vanilla ice cream; or banana split with caramelized banana and vanilla ice cream.
